- Our return policy follows the Sunn’ah.
- We accept returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with.
- Please note that it may take 5-6 working days to process your request.
- We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of purchase.
- Perfumes should have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle and Ensure the product is in its original packaging.
- Please note, delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred for exchanging products.
- In cases of damage, leakage, or receipt of the wrong product, Defiscent will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.
Common Problem and Solution:
If you find it too light, try spraying more generously on both skin and clothes.
