Currently, we only deliver Defiscent products within Pakistan.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. For orders containing multiple products, processing times may extend by up to 3 additional days. Please note that orders are not processed on public holidays or weekends.

How to Track Your Order ?

Once your order is confirmed/Process and dispatched, you will receive an email or message with the shipping details. You can also check the status of your shipment by visiting our order tracking page.

What If My Order Is Not Delivered ?

What If I Receive a Damaged Product ?

We take great care in crafting and handling our products. However, if you receive a damaged item or parcel, please record the unboxing process and email us pictures or videos of the damaged product(s) at info@digitalkrave.com. Our customer care team will contact you promptly to resolve the issue on a priority basis.
